I had just one comment: Recently I'm unable to send money to India as there are some issues with PNC bank accounts and I'm unable to send money through Transfast. As a valued customer, I would request you to please resolve it as I would not like to move to other websites which offers hassle free transactions than Transfast.

Note: Never ever opt for this company if if you value your money! Terrible service and terrible customer care. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with their apathy. They have collected all my data and then disabled my account after I tried sending money for the first time. the amount was debited from my account on friday and one week has already passed. Still they haven't done the refund. I am going to complain to the Police for fraud. You cannot steal people's money pretending to be transfer agency. Complete waste of my time.

It's been 5 days and the money is still not deposited in the account. I provided all the documentation they asked for and their processing is very slow, we are in 2019 and document verification takes 3 business days and another 4 business days to send the money ( which is not met) . You just lost a long time customer, see where and what your competition is doing, they are offering better rates and almost instant transfer and quick document verification. And dont even get me started on the terrible customer service, they are not courteous, very rude and dont show any empathy.

Good service, great security team. My overall experience with TransFast is good. I would totally recommend it as this is one of the few services in Remittance market with no service charge. However, about 1 week of processing time is too much considering the competitors are providing same day deposit at same conversion rates. So hopefully Transfast would make some improvements in that department in future.
